The Apex Lions Club continued with our service of providing snacks to children who do not have money to purchase them. While the federal government helps with regular meals they do not provide snacks mid morning or afternoon. At times the teachers have needed to use their own money to provide snacks for these hungry children. Our Apex Lions Club is glad to be able to provide this assistance. We are able to do this due to the generous donations made by the public in supporting our fund raising projects and our Apex Lions Charitable Fund.
