Serving Elementary Students In Apex

By | April 3, 2023

In March, The Apex Lions Clubs restocked Salem Elementary and Olive Chapel Elementary schools with snacks for the underprivileged children who cannot afford to purchase snacks during snack break.

This is a program started last summer at Salem Elementary and then expanded to include Olive Chapel Elementary. Not only does this program provide nutrition to the children but it also saves the teachers from using their own money to help the children.

This is a good example of what Lions do: LIONS are Loving Individuals Offering Needed Service

The Apex Lions also appreciate what the school teachers and counselors do to prepare the students for the future.
