The Apex Lions Club had another very successful Fish Fry this year. We would like to thank everyone who helped us with this year’s event. We had volunteers from the Citizens Assisting Police in Apex (CAPA), Boy Scouts and some parents form Troop 209, some of our Leo Club members and others. We could not have done it without you! We also want to thank everyone who came out and ate with us. For some of you, this is an annual tradition and we are so glad you allow us to serve you. For others, maybe this was the first time you enjoyed our fish dinner. We hope you will come back again next year and bring some friends and family with you! Either way, we are thankful that you supported us this year. Although not all of the numbers are in yet, we believe this is going to be a good year for us. And we are looking forward to providing some much needed funding for the CAPA group to go toward their project to purchase and renovate a trailer for the police as well as to support the new skate park in Apex.
Tell Us All About It!
Apex needs to know about all the good things we do. Tell us all about it so we can put it on the web, in the newsletter, on Facebook, Twitter, etc.! Or, if you know of an upcoming event that should be on our calendar send that in as well. Got pictures? We'll take those too!
