Apex Lions Club and Whole Foods in Cary teamed up on Saturday September 30th for a Giving Grill in front of Whole Foods, with all proceeds going to the Western Wake Crisis Ministry. Apex Lions Club members along with a representative from Western Wake Crisis Ministry were on board to answer any questions about Western Wake Crisis Ministry or the Apex Lion Club. Whole foods donated all the food and many people stopped by for a wonderful meal. The grill was running from 11am to 3pm and even at 3pm people were still stopping by. This was the last weekend of the year for the Whole Foods Giving Grill but hopefully they will continue this wonderful project and Apex Lions Club could be involved again next year.
