Fish Fry – March 16, 2018

By | February 8, 2018

The Apex Lions Clubs annual Fish Fry will be held on March 16 this year.  The C C Jones building located at 309 Holleman Street in downtown Apex provides a great site for our annual fund raising event.

Serving will be from 11:00 am until 7:00 PM. You can come in sit down to enjoy your meal or pick up at our take out window.

The price of the meal remain unchanged at $ 10 per plate. We offer a child’s plate for those 6 years and under for only $ 5. They have a choice of a hot dog if they do not want fish.

The fish plate comes with Fried Whiting, homemade coleslaw, boiled potatoes, hush puppies, drink and dessert. We want you to enjoy your “eat in meal” and offer all you care to eat.

There will also be “Specialty Desserts” available for purchase if you want a real treat after dinner.

This long standing event, over 40 years, has provided funding to a wide range of North Carolina needs. This year profits from the FRY will go to the Apex Police K-9 program and Lions Camp Dogwood which provides summer activities to those with sight issues. A minor portion of the funds will also support Boy Scout Troop 209 and Pack 312 along with our LEO Club at Panther Creek High School.

The Fish Fry has a long standing tradition of families and friends coming together for lunch and dinner to enjoy some great food, and visiting while we do the cooking and dishes.

Come support our Lions Club event and know that the money will stay close to home and help make Apex a Better Place to Live.
