This week’s Apex Lions Club meeting was truly a global gathering as we had the great pleasure of welcoming several distinguished Lions visiting from India. Representing different Lions Club Districts across the country, our guests brought with them a spirit of service, connection, and camaraderie that truly enriched our time together.
Among our honored visitors was a Past District Governor (PDG), whose leadership and dedication to Lionism left a lasting impression on our members. Ranvir Singh Chawla is a National Trainer – JCI and a Past District Governor (2006-2007) from District 323G1.
We were also especially inspired by a dynamic woman Lion who is a member of her districts Global Action Team (GAT) as the Global Leadership Team (GLT) chair as well as actively championing the role of women in Lions across India—a cause that resonates deeply with our own values of exclusivity and empowerment.
While we regret not having all of their names on hand, we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share stories, laughter, and ideas with such passionate Lions from abroad. The exchange of cultures and experiences reminds us of the power of our global Lions network and the common purpose that unites us all: to serve.
