The Apex Lions Club Scholarship committee awarded 4 Scholarships this year. We had the honor of having 3 of our recipients join us for our 6/20 meeting.
Isabella Pease will graduate from Apex High School and will be attending NCSU. Service projects are a big part of what we look for in our recipients and Isabella was a big part of starting Small Hands Big Hearts United with her family.
Lila Bentley graduated from Apex High School and will be attending the University of Alabama. Lila’s service projects were mostly with Apex Methodist Church for elderly families.
Leena Ganta graduated from Apex Friendship High School and will be attending UNC Charlotte. Leena enjoys service and working in the community. She was very involved in Key Club.
