We will have a presentation by a Scout regarding his Eagle project, as well as Mr. Chris Ayers, Executive Director of the Public Staff Utilities Commission. Topic: Overview of duties of the Public Utilities Commission - Duke's Carbon Plan and Duke Energy rate cases currently before the Commission.
